Medium Power DrumMotors

From 0.55 kW to 4.0 kW, drummotors are available up to 320 mm diameter from the Dutch company Euronorm, fully manufactured in Holland and distributed throughout the world. The Euronorm Drummotors is built from the highest materials, with energy efficient class H insulated motors fitted as standard, gear are precision helical box with all gears manufactured to DIN class 6. Drums are built to give IP 67 protection.
We can advise on all aspects of material handling and select the right manufacturer for the drummotors.

Large Power DrumMotors

For the high power drummotors application or for the replacement of the large and obsolete Thorite superdrive drummotors we can offer a German manufactured high power drum motor availible with a motor power upto 45kw and a drum diameter of 600mm. Again superbly engineered to give long term reliability for those inaccessible conveyor drives where only a drummotor will do. These units are available with backstop, brake, lagging, mountingbrackets etcetera. In the event that one of these drums is required to replace an existing unit full dimensional interchangeability will be ensured.

DrumMotors Gearboxes

We aim to offer a complete range of motor gearbox products to cover all applications and selection criteria and source from the following European suppliers. EURONORM DRIVES (low power motor gearboxes) 0.12kW-3.0kW up to 100 Nm torque. The GMR range of gear motors is designed to interchange with a number of the more common Italian manufactured gearboxes. The drum motors gearboxes are of Italian design and supplied via the Dutch power transmission specialist Euronorm. GMR gearboxes are available from size 30 to size 150 and can be fitted with both 3 phase and single-phase motors, up to 3.0kW. This gearbox range can be supplied with all the common accessories such as flanges, foot flanges, hand wheel variator and backstop motors. The pricing structure for this product is geared towards offering an extremely competitive product whilst ensuring reliability and performance. Particularly suited to the machine builder requiring regular and reliable supply of motor gearboxes. Interchange ability with certain common manufacturers can be ensured with no design changes.
